QUESTIONS RELATED TO CREATING AND MANAGING PROPERTIES

No. You have to create an account to be able to post one or more ads. Click on ‘How it works’ to check the plan options you have in terms of ad purchasing.

It is our company’s policy for each ad to only include one individual apartment/house. If you wish to advertise several apartments that are in the same building or houses within the same complex, you will have to create individual ads for each unit. This is to maintain consistency in the ads and to keep it as clear as possible for searchers. Please refrain from giving general information about your agency within ads. 

This means that you are trying to post an ad of a property, already someone posted on ADVREST. Please ensure that you only post each ad/ property first on ADVREST, and allow some time for it to be checked and published before trying again. If we notice someone posted an ad identical after the first posted property ad, we will proceed to delete the extra ads. 

Your ad will be live within 24 hours from the submission time. This is to allow us to check your ad and potentially flag any mistakes. We aim for all ads to have the correct information and therefore, be as effective as possible. 

For your ad to be the most effective it can, we recommend that you keep the following in mind: 

–Include high-quality photos, with high resolution and good lighting 

(Preferably daylight). 

–Keep the description of the property fairly short and clear. We advise that you write this in either Greek or English (avoid using ‘Greeklish‘) and check before posting.

QUESTIONS RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

People will only be able to see your profile if you are advertising a property or more on ADVREST. They can access your profile through the ad, for which they might want to get in touch to ask a question. If you have an account but have not advertised, then your profile can’t be seen, other than by website moderator

By clicking the ‘Profile’ icon on the top right corner of the page, you will be transferred to your profile’s settings. From there, you can change your Profile’s information, including the password, through the ‘Password’ section at the bottom of the page. Make sure to click the ‘Reset Password’ button to save the changes. 

By clicking the ‘Profile’ icon on the top right corner of the page, you will be transferred to your profile’s settings. You can then scroll down to the section titled ‘-User type- Details‘. Click on the ‘Delete Profile’ button at the bottom of the section. 

Click on the ‘Login’ button, on the top right corner of the page. You can then choose between Login with Facebook/Google, or you can create a brand new account by clicking the ‘Register here!’ link on the bottom left corner of the pop-up window. QUESTIONS RELATED TO PAID LISTING SERVICES

Each ad is active as long as your package membership is paid, and published as long as you have selected to be published on your ‘Property list’. Please go to your Profile settings to check when your paid package expires.

This depends on the type of plan that you purchase. Each plan has a predetermined active period, which you can see while purchasing your opted plan, or through your Profile’s settings.

The Auto-renew option will help you be always on line. The auto-renew option can be stopped whenever you decide to.

Click on the ‘Profile’ icon on the top right corner of the page, and then choose ‘Payment history’ from the drop-down menu.
